​Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jose Padilla and I am the CEO and President of AMS Fire Protection. AMS installs, repairs, inspects, and maintains fire protection and safety systems for businesses, with the fundamental purpose of saving lives and property. Prior to building and opening AMS, I started my career as a young teenager and gained years of valuable experience and knowledge working alongside my father. He helped teach me, as well as my brothers the sprinkler business and establish a second generation of successful contractors. I was raised with strong values, based on honesty, hard work, integrity and respect. In addition, I have been very fortunate to have also worked and learned from some of the best founders and colleagues of other successful businesses in the fire sprinkler industry and advanced quickly everywhere I had the opportunity.

My involvement and passion within the fire sprinkler industry is well established and I am well known within the Arizona sprinkler and related construction communities. I’ve had the pleasure of working for several the largest companies in Arizona including being employed by Aero, Old Reliable Fire Protection, RCI and Foothills Fire Protection, in addition to a few others out of state. I’ve labored as a sprinkler fitter, journeyman, foreman and superintendent and have also had experience in purchasing and sales, as well as conducted and fully executed contract bids. My years of hands on experience taught me nearly all aspects of this industry, which has allowed me to pursue and fulfill my dream of owning and operating my own business. With that said I’ve taken over 15 years of dedication in this ever changing trade and made my dream a reality. I worked extremely hard and passionately to completed all of the necessary certifications and obtained all the licensing required by both the local cities and State of Arizona. I've also acquired all of the essential equipment, business tools, supplies, manpower and capital needed to successfully complete the project at hand.

It doesn't take long to recognize the true value of good, honest, quality service. The companies’ foundation is based upon faith, trust and friendship and will continue to grow, one satisfied customer at a time. Providing high quality installations, repairs inspections and service at the best most competitive prices has become the backbone of my vision for the continued growth and development of the company. I’m very proud to have already developed a great reputation with many existing contractors in the field and region. With all my strong, positive family by my side, I have focused my full and complete attention and commitment along with the many years of knowledge and experience to officially open AMS Fire Protection for business!
